How To Make Plum, Raspberry Jam & Cardamom Crumble Squares

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup plum jam
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cardamom, and salt.

Add the cold butter cubes to the dry ingredients and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until crumbly.

Reserve about 1 cup of the crumble mixture and press the rest evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Spread the plum jam over the crust, followed by the raspberry jam.

Crumble the reserved mixture over the top of the jams.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
