These Raspberry Ripple Blondies are a delightful sweet treat, with a gooey blondie base swirled with tangy raspberry jam.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 40 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir until well combined.

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl, and mix until smooth.

  4. Gradually add the flour and salt to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  5. Pour the blondie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam onto the batter, then use a knife to swirl it around to create a ripple effect.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  8. Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
