  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar and stir until well combined.

  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  8. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
