How To Make Air Fryer Banana Bread Recipe

Delicious and healthy banana bread made in the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 330°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, applesauce, egg, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.

  5. Pour mixture into a greased 6-inch pan that fits in the air fryer basket.

  6. Place pan in air fryer and bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
