  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together until fluffy.

  3. Add flour, orange juice, vegetable oil, baking powder, and orange zest. Mix well.

  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool on wire rack.

  7. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar.
