Ingredients
- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.

Place the chicken leg quarters in a baking dish and rub them with the marinade, making sure to coat them evenly.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Remove the aluminum foil and bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
