Ingredients

  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 diced potatoes
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of chili flakes
  • 4 cups of chopped kale
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add broth, water, potatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, and chili flakes. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 30-35 minutes.

  2. Add chopped kale and continue to simmer until the kale and potatoes are tender.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve hot with crusty bread.
