  • 4 tablespoons za’atar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pita breads

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the za’atar and olive oil together until well combined.

  3. Cut the pita breads into triangles and brush both sides with the za’atar mixture.

  4. Place the pita triangles on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

  5. Serve the za’atar pita chips with your favorite dip or enjoy them on their own.
