Ingredients

  • 4 flatbreads or pita breads
  • 4 tbsp za’atar spice mix
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the flatbreads or pita breads on a baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the za’atar spice mix and olive oil.

  4. Spread the za’atar mixture evenly over the flatbreads.

  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the za’atar mixture is slightly golden.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
