  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 3eggs
  • 2tbspplain yogurt
  • ½tspbaking powder
  • ½tspsalt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter 8 muffin cups.

  2. Mix almond flour, za’atar, olive oil, eggs, yogurt, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
