  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Slowly pour in the chicken broth while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the shredded white cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
