- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
