How To Make Super Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 3 lemons
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, about 25-30 minutes.

Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
