- 1.5 lbs pork shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb tomatillos, husked and quartered
- 2 poblano peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides.

Remove the pork from the pot and set aside. Add the onion, peppers, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
