How To Make Lebanese Pistachio Cookies Recipe
A crispy and nutty cookie made with ground pistachios.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ground pistachios
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together ground pistachios, flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Add in egg and vanilla extract and beat until combined.

Gradually add in dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball with a fork.

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
