How To Make Lebanese Tabbouleh Salad Recipe
Fresh, flavorful and healthy salad made with bulgur wheat, parsley, mint, tomatoes, onions, and lemon dressing.

Ingredients

- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse the bulgur wheat well and transfer it to a large bowl.

Add enough cold water to cover the wheat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Drain any excess water from the bowl and fluff the bulgur wheat with a fork.

Add parsley, mint, tomatoes, and onion to the bowl and mix well.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well combined.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
