How To Make Tender Italian Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and brush them with the seasoned olive oil mixture. Make sure to coat both sides.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the chicken, pressing lightly to adhere.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy on top.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
