How To Make Tomato & Crispy Crumb Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the crumbs onto all sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and arrange the tomato slices on top.
