How To Make Italian Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.

Seal the bag or cover the dish and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
