How To Make Ciabatta Recipe

Ingredients
- 500g bread flour
- 10g salt
- 7g instant yeast
- 400ml warm water
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, salt, and instant yeast.

Gradually add the warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a baking stone or tray in the oven to heat up.

Dust a clean surface with flour and transfer the risen dough onto it. Gently shape it into a rectangle.

Carefully transfer the dough onto the hot baking stone or tray and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
