Ingredients

  • 500g bread flour
  • 10g salt
  • 7g instant yeast
  • 400ml warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, salt, and instant yeast.

  2. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

  4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a baking stone or tray in the oven to heat up.

  6. Dust a clean surface with flour and transfer the risen dough onto it. Gently shape it into a rectangle.

  7. Carefully transfer the dough onto the hot baking stone or tray and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
