Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili flakes, ginger-garlic paste, salt, cornflour, and oil.

  2. Mix well and form small tikkis out of the mixture.

  3. Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.

  4. Arrange the tikkis in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Flip the tikkis and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Serve hot with mint chutney.
