How To Make Air Fryer Aloo Tikki Recipe
Crispy and delicious Indian street food made with mashed potatoes, spices, and bread crumbs.

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili flakes, ginger-garlic paste, salt, cornflour, and oil.

Mix well and form small tikkis out of the mixture.

Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.

Arrange the tikkis in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

Flip the tikkis and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
