Ingredients

  • 1 package of mini sausages
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.

  3. Place a mini sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly.

  4. Arrange the sausage-filled triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Brush the tops of the croissants with the beaten egg.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
