How To Make Bacon Banana Stuffed French Toast Croissants

- 4 croissants
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.

Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.

Place the cooked bacon and sliced bananas inside each croissant.

In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Dip each stuffed croissant into the egg mixture, coating well on each side.

Place the coated croissants onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
