  • 4 croissants
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.

  3. Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.

  4. Place the cooked bacon and sliced bananas inside each croissant.

  5. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  6. Dip each stuffed croissant into the egg mixture, coating well on each side.

  7. Place the coated croissants onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  8. Serve the stuffed croissants with maple syrup and enjoy!
