How To Make Dutch Pancakes Recipe

A classic Dutch pancake recipe, with a puffy texture and an eggy flavor, best served with butter and syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except for the melted butter until smooth.

  3. Grease the bottom and sides of a 10-inch oven-proof skillet with the melted butter.

  4. Pour the batter into the skillet, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Slice the pancake into wedges, and serve with butter and syrup.
