A delicious and healthy stir-fry that combines the crunch of cashews with the mild flavors of Chinese cabbage.

Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté for a few minutes until softened.

  3. Add the Chinese cabbage and red bell pepper to the pan, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is slightly wilted.

  4. Add the cashews, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
