How To Make Chinese Cabbage and Cashew Stir Fry Recipe
A delicious and healthy stir-fry that combines the crunch of cashews with the mild flavors of Chinese cabbage.

Ingredients
- 1 Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and onion, and sauté for a few minutes until softened.

Add the Chinese cabbage and red bell pepper to the pan, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is slightly wilted.

Add the cashews, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
