  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 4 cups Chinese cabbage, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic, stir for 30 seconds.

  3. Add beef to the pan and cook until browned.

  4. Add in Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.

  5. Serve hot.
