- 1 Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add grated ginger and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add chopped Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until it starts to wilt.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
