Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  2. Add grated ginger and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add chopped Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until it starts to wilt.

  4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
