Ingredients
- 4 cups stale bread, crust removed and cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, milk, raisins, and brown sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and gently stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
