How To Make Chicken, Ginger & Green Bean Hotpot

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, julienned
- 250g green beans, trimmed and halved
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Spring onions, for garnish
Instructions

In a large hotpot or pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.

Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the green beans and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the hotpot in bowls, garnished with spring onions. Enjoy!
