  • 4 ears of corn, husks and silks removed
  • ¼ cup of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Brush the corn with the butter mixture, making sure to coat all sides.

  4. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

  5. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
