How To Make Trio’s Quattro Formaggi Pizza

A scrumptious pizza loaded with four types of cheese – mozzarella, parmesan, blue cheese & goat cheese.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the pizza crust.

  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

  4. Add parmesan, blue cheese, and goat cheese on top of the mozzarella cheese.

  5. Put the pizza on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until crust is golden brown.

  6. Remove pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes and slice it.
