How To Make Trio’s Veggie Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup of hummus
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of sliced avocado
  • Handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or oven.

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus onto each tortilla.

  3. Top each tortilla with shredded carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, avocado, and spinach leaves.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. Roll each tortilla tightly and cut in half.
