How To Make Trio’s Tomato Bruschetta Recipe
The perfect appetizer to start your meal, with tangy tomatoes and fresh herbs on crispy bread.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of baguette bread
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix well.

Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, allowing the flavor to meld.

Slice the bread into 1/2 inch pieces.

Put the bread slices onto a baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven. Toast them for 5 minutes or until golden.

Remove from the oven and top the bread with the tomato mixture.
