How To Make The Ritz-Carlton’s Key Lime Pie Recipe
This key lime pie is a tangy and refreshing dessert made with fresh lime juice and a buttery graham cracker crust.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. grated lime zest
- Whipped cream and lime slices for topping (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.

Bake for 12 minutes or until just set. Allow to cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
