Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and chopped dill.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Grill the salmon, skin side down, for 3–4 minutes until the skin is crispy.

  5. Flip the salmon and grill for another 3–4 minutes or until fully cooked.

  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
