Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 2 large eggs

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour, softened butter, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Mix until crumbly, then press into prepared baking dish.

Bake crust for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in 2 beaten eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
