Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- cooking spray
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the eggs and whisk until fully combined.

Add the cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, honey, and almond milk. Mix until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.

Spoon ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet and cook until the edges start to dry and the surface is bubbly.

Flip and cook for an additional minute or until the center is cooked through.
