  • 4 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan.

  2. Brush portobello caps with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
