How To Make Rocco DiSpirito’s Meatballs Recipe

Delicious meatballs made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Form mixture into 12 meatballs.

  4. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.

  5. Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.

  6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.

  7. Serve hot with additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
