How To Make Rocco DiSpirito’s Meatballs Recipe
Delicious meatballs made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
- marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form mixture into 12 meatballs.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.

Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.

Serve hot with additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
