Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into long strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  2. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk together.

  3. Dip chicken strips into egg mixture then roll in flour mixture.

  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Fry chicken strips for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with Cane’s sauce.
