Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups of shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken strips and taco seasoning to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

On a baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in a single layer.
