How To Make Nigella’s Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas well with a fork.

Add the melted butter to the bananas and mix until combined.

Add the baking soda and salt and stir.

Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
