  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas well with a fork.

  3. Add the melted butter to the bananas and mix until combined.

  4. Add the baking soda and salt and stir.

  5. Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.

  6. Stir in the flour until just combined.

  7. Pour the mixture into a greased bread pan.

  8. Bake for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
