How To Make Magnum Double Chocolate Recipe
Decadent double chocolate ice cream bars coated in a crispy chocolate shell.

Ingredients
- 1 pint of chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers, then add the chocolate chips and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dip each ice cream bar into the flour mixture, then coat in the chocolate ganache. Place onto the prepared baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours.
