How To Make Magnum Double Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

  3. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers, then add the chocolate chips and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Dip each ice cream bar into the flour mixture, then coat in the chocolate ganache. Place onto the prepared baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours.

  6. Serve the Magnum Double Chocolate bars and enjoy!
