How To Make Magnum Coconut Recipe

A rich, creamy and delicious ice cream dessert made with coconut milk and coated in a crunchy chocolate shell.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 4 hours (including freezing time)

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 6 Magnum ice cream bar sticks
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat coconut milk, heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until combined. Add shredded coconut and stir. Remove from heat and let cool.

  2. Pour the mixture into 4 popsicle molds and insert Magnum bars into the center. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

  3. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Remove popsicles from the molds and dip each into the melted chocolate to coat.

  4. Place the popsicles on parchment paper and freeze for another 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
