How To Make Magnum Coconut Recipe
A rich, creamy and delicious ice cream dessert made with coconut milk and coated in a crunchy chocolate shell.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 3/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 6 Magnum ice cream bar sticks
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat coconut milk, heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until combined. Add shredded coconut and stir. Remove from heat and let cool.

Pour the mixture into 4 popsicle molds and insert Magnum bars into the center. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Remove popsicles from the molds and dip each into the melted chocolate to coat.

Place the popsicles on parchment paper and freeze for another 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
