How To Make Kraft BBQ Meatballs Recipe

Juicy meatballs smothered in a tangy BBQ sauce that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or party platter.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

  3. Roll into 16-18 meatballs and place onto a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and brush BBQ sauce over the meatballs.

  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.

  6. Serve hot with additional BBQ sauce for dipping.
