Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. In another shallow dish, beat eggs.

  3. In a third shallow dish, spread out panko crumbs.

  4. Dredge the chicken strips in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat in the panko crumbs.

  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

  6. Fry chicken strips for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
