  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  3. Soak the chicken in the buttermilk for 30 minutes.

  4. Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour mixture until fully coated.

  6. Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes to ensure it is cooked through.
