How To Make Fannie May Dark Chocolate Bark
Rich, indulgent dark chocolate bark with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a touch of sea salt.

Ingredients
- 12 oz dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruit, such as cherries or cranberries
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between.

Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the sea salt, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into an even layer.

Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Break the chocolate bark into pieces and serve.
