- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, powdered sugar, and salt.

Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
