Ingredients
- 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced sausage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Add paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
