How To Make Eldon’s BBQ Ribs Recipe
These BBQ ribs are juicy, tender and perfect for any summer backyard cookout.

Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 275°F.

Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Generously rub the mixture onto both sides of the ribs.

Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 hours.

Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 350°F.

Brush BBQ sauce onto the ribs and bake for another 30 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.

Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
